My Aunt Bebe’s Crab Bisque Recipe

Crab Bisque
2 cups fresh diced or prepaired potatoes (optional)
3 cans cream corn or 6 fresh cobs
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 qt. chicken stock
1 qt. 1/2 + 1/2
2 Tbsp salt
1 Tsp white pepper
1-1LB pkg crab meat
1 pkg shrimp 40-60 count - cut shrimp in 1/2
Melt butter on med heat, blend in flour + cook 5 min, stirring several times. Add onions + cook on low for 5 min. Wisk chicken stock in slowly bring to boil, add 1/2 + 1/2 + corn + boil again on med heat stirring several times. Add shrimp + lobster simmer 20 min.

HAVE GUTTERS CLEANED 2 TIMES A YEAR
TURN HEAT OFF IN SPRING TURN ON IN
FALL CHECK BOILER ROOMS FOR LEAKS
CHECK (BASEMENTS FOR WATER LEAKING
AFTER RAINS) CLEAN AROUND DUMPSTERS
AND THE PROPERTY AND PARKING LOT.
MAKE SURE PEOPLE PARK IN THERE SPOT
AND NO VISITORS PARK IN THERE SPOTS
ALL CALLS ABOUT MAINTENANCE FIRST TRY TO FIX
YOURSELF IF NOT CALL PLUMBER, CARPENTER,
ELECTRICIAN OR WHO EVER. GO AROUND
WITH EXTERMINATOR ALL APARTMENTS MUST
BE DONE NO EXCUSES.
KIDS CANNOT RIDE BIKES OR PLAY IN
PARKING LOT. (EXCEPT FOR BASKETBALL)
KEEP KIDS OUT OF HALLWAYS AND BASEMENTS
